The ultimate breakfast for six pack abs
This is my Ultimate Breakfast for Six Pack Abs. It will give you a great kick start to your day and provide a lot of the nutrients you need for your day making it a complete meal filled with carbohydrates, proteins and fats. This can be eaten every day.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of Rolled Organic Oats
- 2 Scoops Whey Protein Powder
- 1-2 tablespoons of Goji Berries (or any berry you prefer)
- 1-2 tablespoons of Walnuts and Almonds
- 1 tablespoon of Omega 3 Fatty Acid Oils and oil blends
Preparation:
- Place oats in a bowl and add boiling water.
- Mix in protein powder.
- Add goji berries and nuts.
- Mix in oils.
